Job Overview:

We are hiring Painting Team Leaders to manage both sales activities and on-site painting operations. This is a split-shift role.
First half of the day: Field visits to customers for sales discussions, requirement understanding, site measurements, and cost estimations
Second half of the day: Supervision of the on-site painting team, task allocation, quality checks, and client coordination

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct customer visits to understand painting requirements
Take accurate measurements and recommend suitable paint types, colors, and quantities
Provide estimates, explain the process, and help close deals




Supervise the painting team during project execution
Allocate tasks and ensure quality and timely completion
Maintain daily records of site visits, team progress, and customer feedback
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle on-site concerns

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong field sales and team management experience
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to calculate area measurements and suggest suitable painting solutions
Knowledge of paint products and their applications is an advantage
Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
Willing to travel within assigned areas of Chennai
