Location: Mumbai
Salary: Based on experience + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Explain product features, loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Assess financial needs of customers and collect required documents.
Coordinate with the credit team for processing and approval.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely disbursement and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a solid customer base.
Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.
Stay updated on competitors’ products and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
0–3 years of experience in financial product sales or field sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a solid work ethic.
Willingness to travel locally.
