Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in Bengaluru.

The Security

Officer will monitor assigned premises, control access for visitors and staff, and conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized activities and safety hazards.

Responsibilities include managing entry and exit points, checking identification, maintaining daily logs and incident reports, and operating basic security equipment such as CCTV systems, communication devices, and alarm panels. The role also involves responding to emergencies, guiding people during evacuations or critical situations, and coordinating with supervisors or local authorities as required.

Officers are expected to follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and provide courteous assistance to clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid observation, situational awareness, and basic risk assessment skills to identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, visitors, and team members and to prepare clear incident and activity reports.
- Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Candidates should possess physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods, perform regular patrols, and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Candidates should possess the ability to follow security procedures, adhere to regulations, and work collaboratively within a structured, disciplined environment.
- Relevant experience as a Security Officer or in a similar protective services role is beneficial; prior work in residential, commercial, or industrial security settings is an advantage.
- Completion of basic security training or certification, familiarity with CCTV and access control systems, and knowledge of emergency response protocols are preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended; local language proficiency and functional English communication skills are beneficial for this role.
