Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement complex HR solutions using ABAP

- Work on SAP HR infotypes (custom infotypes, dynamic actions, validations)

- Handle PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management processes

- Develop integrations using SOAP web services, RFCs, and HR data exchange methods

- Build high-performance reports, batch jobs, and scalable programs

- Collaborate on HR platform architecture and S/4HANA initiatives

Requirements (Mandatory):

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (overall 5+ years ABAP preferred)

- Solid knowledge of HR infotype framework and data clusters

- Hands-on experience with BADIs, user exits, and enhancements

- Experience in SOAP services, proxies, and RFC integrations

- Strong debugging skills in Payroll and Time Management

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code

Good to Have:

- Experience with ALE/IDoc

- Knowledge of S/4HANA HR

- Exposure to CPI or middleware platforms
