Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute end-to-end test plans for Salesforce/Fonteva business workflows, including membership, join, renew, billing, payment, member status updates, and related downstream processes.
- Validate Salesforce/Fonteva functionality from both a system behavior and business-flow perspective, ensuring configured workflows support the intended operational process.
- Assess end-to-end AMR business flows across Salesforce/Fonteva and connected systems, including identity, marketing, web, reporting/data, payment, and middleware/integration services.
- Test Salesforce platform behavior where applicable, including Flows, validation rules, profiles/permission sets, record types, page layouts, reports, and Lightning Experience behavior.
- Validate integrations that use REST and SOAP APIs, covering authentication, request/response payloads, field mappings, error handling, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and failure scenarios.
- Support validation of data migrations, conversions, and reconciliation between legacy systems and Salesforce/Fonteva, including source-to-target comparisons, field mapping checks, and exception handling.
- Support QA readiness for Salesforce sandbox refreshes and environment changes, including post-refresh smoke/regression testing, integration reauthorization checks, endpoint/configuration validation, and test data readiness.
- Test platform logic interactions that affect outcomes, including Flow/Apex-driven behavior, async processing, order-of-operations issues, and role/permission-based differences.
- Support sprint reviews, release demonstrations, and functional walkthroughs by explaining test coverage, validation results, known risks,



open defects, and remaining validation needs.
- Produce reusable QA assets such as integration test matrices, Postman collections, smoke/regression checklists, sandbox refresh runbooks, and clear defect reports with reproducible steps and evidence.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, implementation partners, integration teams, SRE, InfoSec, and QA peers to clarify expected behavior, identify workflow gaps, and align on validation criteria.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-8+ years of QA experience, with strong experience testing Salesforce-based implementations and/or complex integrated business applications.
- Hands-on experience validating end-to-end business workflows that span multiple systems, not just individual screens or isolated API calls.
- Robust API testing skills using Postman or equivalent tools, with experience validating REST and SOAP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, refresh impacts, test data constraints, and release validation.
- Ability to validate field mappings, payloads, status transitions, exception paths, user permissions, and downstream data impacts across integrated systems.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce platform behavior and configuration-driven testing, including the ability to validate business rules, permissions, page behavior, workflow outcomes, and downstream impacts in collaboration with Salesforce admins, developers, and product owners.
- Strong defect triage skills, including ability to provide clear reproduction steps, payload examples, record IDs, timestamps, screenshots where helpful, log pointers, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
