Requirements
The Senior Salesforce ESM Developer is responsible for end-to-end development of scalable Enterprise Service Management solutions on Salesforce, with a focus on complex automation, integrations, and production-grade development.
Design and develop ESM solutions using Communications Cloud.
Bring 3+ years of experience in Communications Cloud / ESM implementations.
Implement advanced record-triggered and screen Flows.
Develop complex Apex, Triggers, and LWCs.
Implement SLAs, Entitlements, and escalation frameworks.
Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
Configure Experience Cloud portals for enterprise services.




Implement security using profiles, permission sets, and sharing.
Support UAT, deployments, and production incidents.
Mentor junior developers.
Strong hands-on experience with Communications Cloud.
Solid skills in Apex, LWC, integrations, test classes, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and data modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with Product Catalogue and Order-to-Asset flows.
Salesforce integrations using REST and Platform Events.
Enterprise security and data access models.
CI/CD using SFDX and Git.

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
