- Prepare quotations for customers
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders
- Contact customers by phone/WhatsApp/email
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally
- Maintain quotation and sales follow-up records in Excel
- Follow up for payment and order confirmation
- Coordinate with production/dispatch for delivery updates
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Word preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in industrial/mechanical products will be an advantage.
