Role Overview

The DA Insights Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance reporting solutions. This role bridges business and technical teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain complex DAX measures and scalable data models.
Translate business requirements into effective and robust analytical solutions.
Optimize data models and reports for performance and scalability.
Implement advanced analytical frameworks such as segmentation, quartile analysis, and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.




Drive best practices in reporting standards, governance, and data visualization.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced expertise in Power BI, including report development and data modeling.
Proficiency in DAX to deal with complex calculation patterns.
Solid understanding of data modeling principles (relationships, performance tuning).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with SQL and data integration from multiple sources.
Fluent in English
