Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant with robust expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM best practices, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Preferred candidate profile
Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications.
Configure and maintain ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
Troubleshoot discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.
Support Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management processes.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills




9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Robust experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and enterprise implementations.
Knowledge of CI relationships, Discovery patterns, Identification & Reconciliation, and CSDM.
Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of HTML,JavaScript, and web technologies.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale CMDB implementations is highly preferred.
