Role & responsibilities:-
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material calculations from drawings.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, subcontracting, logistics, and indirect costs.
Ensure all estimates comply with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
Liaise with engineering and production teams for technical clarifications
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits whenever required.
Maintain estimation records, historical cost data, and vendor databases.
Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate bids.

Preferred candidate profile:-
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (or related field).
Solid expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Proven ability to prepare cost estimates and price quotations based on drawings.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software knowledge preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
