Role & responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
Ensure rooms are prepared before guest check-in.
Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.
Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness.
