Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:1 to 3 years
What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs
Analytical Tools Support: -Working knowledge of Workday and related tools for enhanced data extraction and presentation.-High excel proficiency in complex data validation, pivot tables, and formulae to complement Workday outputs.-Proficiency in handling Reporting Dashboards.
Functional and Compliance:-Solid understanding of Employee Data Management process-Deep dive data analysis, extracting and analyzing complex data sets.-Knowledge of Workday role-based security to ensure confidential HR data remains compliant.Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions
