Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our insurance products.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance policies to potential customers.




Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services, including policy terms and conditions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify current business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
