Job Description:

Position: Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: Uppugal - Warangal

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Industries: Oil

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures of open positions.
Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
