Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Employment Tax Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support employment tax compliance across multiple EMEA geographies.

The role will involve processing and reviewing monthly payrolls for employees across the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Switzerland, UAE/Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Sweden and Denmark, along with supporting employment tax reporting and regulatory compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid global payroll experience, excellent Excel skills, payroll accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with internal HR/Finance teams and outsourced payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

Global Payroll Processing
Prepare, process and review monthly payrolls across multiple EMEA countries.
Manage payroll processing for UK, Ireland and overseas entities.
Handle various compensation components including:
Salary
Bonus
RSUs
Carry
Severance
Pensions
Perks-in-kind
Relocation packages
Loan interest
Impatriation and foreign-day reliefs
Process quarterly payroll activities for fund entities.
Validate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely payroll completion.




Upload payroll data into accounting systems such as SAP/S4 HANA.
Support payroll payment processing through banking platforms.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, perks providers and outsourced payroll providers.
Provide employee payslips and support access to payroll portals.

Employment Tax & Compliance
Support and manage employment tax compliance across EMEA.
Prepare and coordinate UK and Ireland employment tax filings and reporting.
Support activities related to:
UK P11D/P11D(b)
PSA PAYE Settlement Agreement
STBV Short-Term Business Visitors
Form 42
Irish Form ESA
Irish Revenue reporting
Support other employment tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Assist with remuneration and regulatory reporting for investment/fund entities.

Payroll Accounting & Reporting
Prepare and review payroll journals.
Upload and reconcile payroll data in accounting systems.
Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Support audits and other payroll/finance projects.
