Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations

Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth daily

operations with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete warehouse operations for ecommerce orders.
Supervise inbound and outbound inventory processes.
Ensure timely picking, packing, QC, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, damaged products, and reverse logistics.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors.
Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and

productivity.
Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and process compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Procurement, and Ecommerce teams for smooth

operations.




Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational

costs.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ecommerce warehouse operations.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (Unicommerce)
Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Team leadership and manpower management.
Dispatch and logistics coordination.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage.

Experience
3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
At least 2 years of experience managing a warehouse team.
