Job Description

Sukhmani Diagnocare & Institute of Intervention is looking for a agile and result‑oriented Marketing Executive who will also function as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the centre. The role requires extensive fieldwork, relationship building, and coordination with doctors, hospitals, and corporates to promote diagnostic and interventional services.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
Conduct field marketing activities to promote diagnostic and healthcare services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare specialists.
Visit corporates, insurance companies, and institutions for health check‑up tie‑ups.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, referral programs, and patient outreach activities.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and patient feedback.

PRO (Public Relations Officer) Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact between doctors, patients, corporate clients,



and the centre.
Ensure smooth coordination for referrals, appointments, and patient facilitation.
Address and resolve basic patient or doctor‑related queries professionally.
Represent the centre in medical meetings, camps, CME programs, and events.
Maintain a positive image and goodwill of Sukhmani Diagnocare in the market.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (reception, billing, diagnostics, management).
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate (Marketing / Business / Healthcare preferred)
1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, diagnostics, hospitals, or pharma
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to do field work
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Two‑wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
