We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Compliance Assistant with hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, and statutory compliances. The candidate should have practical experience in NBFC accounting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, notices, and e-invoicing)
TDS compliance (deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliations)
Income Tax compliance and tax working
Bookkeeping, accounting, and bank reconciliations
NBFC accounting, loan accounting, interest calculations, and RBI regulatory compliance
ROC and other statutory compliance support
Preparation of MIS, financial reports, and audit schedules
Coordination with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
Maintaining accurate accounting records and compliance documentation

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel
Experience in NBFC accounting and compliance will be preferred
Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
