Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (Day shift) 12 pm to 9PM
Location: Noida (Initially Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 0–3 Years
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the domestic IT recruitment process.




Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
