Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute retail sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Drive business growth across General Trade (GT), Contemporary Trade (MT), and retail distribution channels.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and super-stockist networks.
Lead regional sales teams and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key retail accounts and channel partners.
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution excellence across retail outlets.
Drive retail expansion and increase market penetration in existing and new geographies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute trade promotions, activations, and visibility programs.
Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability and efficient replenishment.
Collaborate with the Q-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure seamless omnichannel execution and consistent brand visibility across offline and online sales channels.




Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in GT, MT, Distribution, and Retail Sales.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
Solid leadership, distributor management, and commercial negotiation skills.
Experience in premium food, dairy, frozen food, beverage, or FMCG categories preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
