Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of quality control.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in Sales or Team Leadership role in the Furniture & Furnishing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients.
