Key Responsibilities:
Post-Handover & DLP Ownership

Manage the complete client relationship from project handover through the Defects Liability Period (DLP) for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Snagging & Defect Management

Own the complete snagging list, including identification, documentation, allocation to relevant teams/vendors, follow-up, ageing tracking, and final closure.
DLP Complaints Management

Handle all post-handover defects, rectification requests, and client complaints during the DLP period.
Closure of Open Items

Ensure all snags, defects, and pending works are resolved within agreed TATs, with proper client sign-off.
Project Handover

Ensure smooth and complete handover of corporate fit-out projects, including warranties, completion certificates, handover documents, and sign-offs.
Coordination

Coordinate closely with Project/Execution, Civil & Interior, MEP, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely defect resolution.
DLP Tracking & MIS

Maintain snagging trackers, DLP ageing reports, open-item dashboards, resolution TATs, and closure status reports.
Client Management





Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients during the post-handover period, manage escalations, and ensure an excellent client experience.
Team Management

Lead a dedicated DLP / Customer Experience team responsible for post-handover coordination and closure activities.
Process & Governance

Establish SOPs, escalation mechanisms, and standard processes for snagging, DLP management, and project closure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates must have solid experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out /

Commercial Projects, specifically in:
DLP Management
Snagging & Defect Closure
Project Handover
Post-Completion Services
Client Coordination
Vendor & Project Team Coordination
Driving 100% closure of open items

Own DLP for corporate interior fit-out projects from project handover and snagging to defect rectification, client coordination, and final DLP closure.
