Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per design & schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely material & labor availability.
Review work schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee quality of execution.
Conduct site inspections, gather data, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Track project costs, budget utilization, and highlight potential issues.
Organize materials, negotiate vendor contracts, and support procurement.
Assess project feasibility, assist in budget estimation, and ensure compliance with standards.

Skills Required:
Robust site supervision and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Good communication and reporting ability.
Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD preferred.
