About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our client’s retail team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs.

- Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.

- Maintain proper product display, stock, and cleanliness of the store.

- Handle billing, cash, and inventory as per company guidelines.

- Assist in promotional activities, campaigns,



and new product launches.

- Build long-term customer relationships by offering personalized service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (mandatory).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-centric attitude with good product knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as per store requirements.

- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
