We're looking for an energetic Sales Executive to run our front desk and drive membership sales. You'll be the first point of contact for walk-ins and enquiries, handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and close memberships. This is a target-driven role with uncapped incentive potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in visitors, convert enquiries into trial visits and sign-ups Handle incoming calls/leads (from ads, referrals, walk-ins) and follow up till closure Explain membership plans, pricing, and offers clearly to prospects Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Coordinate with trainers for trial sessions and member onboarding Achieve monthly membership sales targets Requirements: Valuable communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred) Confident, presentable, and comfortable with target-based work Basic computer/CRM knowledge (or willingness to learn) Prior sales/tele-calling/front office experience is a plus, not mandatory Perks: Fixed salary + performance incentives Free gym membership/access Growth path to Sales Team Lead / Membership Manager
