Key Responsibilities
· Welcome customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable footwear.
· Show and explain product features to close sales.
· Fetch products from the warehouse/storage as requested.
· Pack purchased items neatly and hand over to customers.
· Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display.
· Assist in stock counting and billing coordination.
Salary & Perks:
· Fixed salary (based on experience)
· 1% commission on monthly sales (performance-based incentive)
Who Can Apply
· Education: 10+2 (12th pass) or above
· Experience: 3-5years (freshers welcome)
· Languages: Fluent Hindi and Basic English
· Skills: Good communication, polite, presentable, basic math
