Robust understanding of: Field Service Management Workforce Scheduling & Dispatch Route Optimization Mobile Workforce Solutions Service Logistics Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
