? Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will be responsible for creating engaging in-store experiences and helping customers find the right products. You will support sales, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Drive sales through effective product demonstration and upselling
- Assist in billing (POS), stock handling, merchandising, and store operations
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on recent product launches, collections, and promotions
- Follow company policies related to inventory control and loss prevention
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store functioning

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Education: 10th / 12th Pass or above
- Prior experience in retail / customer service preferred (freshers can apply)

⏰ Work Schedule

- Flexible to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays
- 6 days working with a rotational week off

? Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
- Comfortable handling merchandise and stock movement
- Ability to lift moderate weight (with assistance if required)
