Managing risk and policy for open-market and digital unsecured business lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for the unsecured business lending products.
2. Drive policy and process changes basis portfolio trends and market conditions.
3. Monitor and manage portfolio risk, including credit, market, and operational risks.
4. Track and monitor portfolio health and loss rates of the vertical to deliver acceptable loss rates for the business.
5. Work with Analytics & Data Science teams to build and implement scoring models to drive process efficiency and risk classification.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to build a robust Risk Governance framework, portfolio monitoring and CGTMSE monitoring process.
7. Liaise with the Tech team to automate processes, improve workflows and implement risk policies through BREs (Business Rule Engines).

Performing hind sighting and quick mortality analysis to deliver key actionable insights to management and internal stakeholders.
9. Regularly review and update risk policies to reflect changes in market conditions, products, or business practices.

Job Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in unsecured business lending.
2. Ability to understand scorecard modelling / risk segmentation / decision tree.
3. Orientation towards digitization / automation of risk policies and processes.
4. Should have prior experience of handling portfolio management responsibilities.
5. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including credit, business and product teams to deliver desired results.
6. Hands-on knowledge of SaS / SQL / SalesForce is required.
7. Hands-on experience of working on supply chain finance portfolio is preferred.
