Role Description This is a full-time, remote Revenue Cycle Manager role based in Hyderabad, India.

The Revenue Cycle

Manager oversees end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient billing, claims submission, payment posting, preauthorization, accounts receivable collections, and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying and resolving denials, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with practice management teams, coders, and managed care representatives to improve reimbursement accuracy and timeliness.

The Revenue Cycle





Manager also trains and supports staff, implements best practices, and provides regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Revenue Cycle Management, including oversight of billing, collections, and reimbursement processes in the United States.
- Candidates should possess experience in Practice Management, including coordination with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient operations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in managing Denials, including analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Coding practices to ensure accurate documentation and proper claim submission.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Managed Care contracts and payer policies to support effective negotiations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical and Excel skills for reporting, trend analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Candidates should possess experience in healthcare finance or medical billing; a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, payer guidelines).
