Role Overview

The Senior Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing store profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of Bluestone in the retail environment, representing our premium jewellery collections and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets

- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer insights

- Build solid, long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat purchases

- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends

- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas





- Support the creation and execution of in-store promotions and campaigns to increase footfall

- Stay updated on jewellery trends, retail best practices, and Bluestone product offerings

- Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve overall business objectives

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Retail Sales (jewellery or lifestyle retail preferred)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & interpersonal)

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail and sales

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven store environment
