We are looking for an experienced Retail POS Engineer / POS Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Front Systems POS or similar enterprise retail POS platforms .

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supporting retail store operations, POS and checkout workflows, payment and transaction processing, promotions, integrations, and omnichannel retail processes. Experience working across multi-brand and multi-store retail environments will be highly valued.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Retail Technology / POS Systems
- Hands-on experience with Front Systems POS or similar enterprise retail POS platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Store operations
- POS and checkout workflows
- Promotions and discounts
- Payment and transaction flows
- Experience integrating POS systems with enterprise applications such as:
- ERP
- eCommerce
- CRM
- Inventory Management
- Order Management Systems
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Positive knowledge of JSON and XML
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience in POS production support / L2-L3 support
- Experience participating in POS implementation, deployment, upgrades, or store rollout projects

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, maintain, and support Front Systems POS or equivalent retail POS solutions
- Design, implement, and support integrations between POS and ERP, CRM, eCommerce, inventory, and order management systems
- Troubleshoot POS, API, integration, payment, and transaction-related issues
- Provide L2/L3 production support for retail POS and store applications
- Support POS deployments, upgrades, patches, and multi-store rollouts




- Work closely with retail business teams to understand checkout, payment, promotion, and store operational requirements
- Monitor POS application stability, availability, and performance across stores
- Analyze production incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with business, development, infrastructure, and integration teams for timely issue resolution
- Assist with testing, deployment validation, and post-production support
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Front Systems POS
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms
- Exposure to Azure or AWS
- Experience with omnichannel retail
- Experience working in multi-brand / multi-store retail environments
- Experience integrating POS with Retail ERP, Order Management, or Inventory Management systems
- Knowledge of retail payment and transaction processing systems
