Role Description The Research Analyst intern will support data-driven decision-making by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information related to hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market dynamics. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, summarizing findings, and preparing clear reports or presentations for internal stakeholders. The role also involves assisting in the design of research methodologies, interpreting statistics,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform features and recruitment strategies.

This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to a fast-paced, technology-driven hiring environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to design studies, collect relevant information, and evaluate industry trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Candidates should possess basic familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or statistical software) and an interest in HR tech or online marketplaces.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
