Role Description The Relationship Manager (Edtech) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and other stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs and services. The role includes regular follow-ups, maintaining accurate records of interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the learner lifecycle.

The Relationship

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, academic,



and operations teams to support conversions, retention, and referral opportunities. The position also requires participating in events, information sessions, and outreach activities to strengthen CAREERBLOC’s brand presence and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term connections.
- Proficiency in communication, including clear verbal and written skills, active listening, and presentation abilities.
- Experience or interest in sales, counseling, or customer success roles, preferably in edtech, education, or related sectors.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for tracking leads and managing data.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, education, or social sciences is an advantage.
