Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise telecom applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java, backend development, and object-oriented programming concepts, along with expertise in OpenCloud Rhino and JAIN SLEE application development.

The role requires working on highly scalable telecom solutions involving online charging, subscriber account management, and real-time call processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibility Areas Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using industry best practices.
- Develop high-performance backend services and reusable components using Java and JAIN SLEE.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability through effective coding standards.

Telecom Solution Development

- Develop and support applications for convergent and online charging systems, including prepaid call control, subscriber account management, rating, and CDR processing.
- Work extensively with telecom protocols such as SIP, Diameter, SS7 (CAPv2 and MAP), along with IVR, media handling, and call routing configurations to build and support telecom applications.
- Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) for configuration, development, or integration in real-time charging environments will be an added advantage.





Platform & Production Support

- Work with Oracle databases and SQL for application development and performance optimization.
- Support Linux-based production environments, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux, including troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and deployment support.
- Manage build and version control using Maven and Git, while tracking development activities through JIRA.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis, execute maintenance activities during planned windows, and ensure high system availability.

Technical Leadership

- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to performance optimization, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Exposure to technologies such as Dialogic PowerMedia XMS, WebRTC, Robot Framework, JMeter, SIPp, Zabbix, Chef, or Ansible will be considered an advantage in improving deployment, monitoring, and testing capabilities.

Educational Qualification

- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline is required.
