Role Description The Fundraising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raebareli district Area. This role is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the “Brighter Future” campaign and other initiatives of JannJyoti India Foundation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, corporate partners,



and philanthropic institutions; planning and managing fundraising campaigns and events; and overseeing donor communication, stewardship, and recognition. The Fundraising Manager will prepare proposals, reports, and impact updates, coordinate with program and communications teams to align messaging, and maintain accurate records in fundraising databases. The role also involves monitoring fundraising performance, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to leadership to optimize revenue generation and donor engagement.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in fundraising, including managing relationships with major donors and annual giving programs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft transparent, compelling messages for diverse donor audiences.
Understanding of philanthropy and charities, including knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices and donor stewardship.
