Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst will support strategic and operational decision-making by preparing detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves analyzing historical financial performance, monitoring key metrics, and preparing regular management reports and dashboards.



The analyst will partner with business and functional teams to evaluate initiatives, model financial outcomes, and provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation. Daily responsibilities include consolidating data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy of financial models, assisting in monthly and quarterly reviews, and supporting ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership. The role also requires maintaining strong documentation, adherence to internal controls, and continuous improvement of FP&A; processes and tools.
