The Role Your Role: As an SAP HR qualified , you will drive the functional configuration and ongoing support of SAP HCM modules, with an emphasis on Employee Data and Talent Management. You will translate end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes into optimized SAP functional designs within S/4HANA environments while ensuring data integrity and resolving complex system issues.



Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will optimize talent workflows and maintain strict adherence to ITSM processes and service level agreements. What you will do: Configure Core HR Modules: Lead the end-to-end technical configuration and functional support of SAP HR modules, focusing specifically on Employee Data management. Optimize Talent Workflows: Manage, refine, and support modern Performance and Talent Management modules to streamline employee career and talent development. Map Hire-to-Retire Processes: Analyze and translate complex corporate "Hire-to-Retire" business workflows into clean, functional SAP designs and system configurations. Ensure Data Integrity: Manage day-to-day HR master data troubleshooting to maintain absolute data integrity and consistency for global employee records.
