Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Account Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts Department in managing daily accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime, and proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally. Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries. Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Assist with month-end activities and general ledger maintenance. Verify bills, expense claims,



and supporting documents. Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records. Coordinate with internal departments for financial information. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Use Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B. Com / M. Com. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Technical Skills
