We are looking for a Growth Executive – Sales & Community who can help us turn conversations into learners, prospects into customers, and customers into long-term relationships.

The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will be at the intersection of Sales, Community, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and conversions,



but you will also play an important role in building the BlackPerl community and strengthening our relationship with learners, professionals, and organizations.
You will work across:
B2C Sales – Students, working professionals, and cybersecurity aspirants
B2B Sales – Corporate training, institutional programs, and partnerships
Community Growth – Webinars, social platforms, events, and cybersecurity communities
Customer Success – Onboarding, engagement, feedback, referrals, and repeat business
You will have significant ownership and will be expected to think beyond the lead assigned to you.

What You Will Do
? Own Sales & Revenue
Take ownership of inbound leads from first interaction to conversion.
Understand the prospect's requirement, career objective, budget, and intent.
Recommend the right BlackPerl program instead of simply "selling a course."
Conduct sales calls, video calls, demos, and counselling conversations.
