Role Description The Project Head – Solar EPC (80MW+) will lead end-to-end project execution for large-scale solar power projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction activities. This full time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi includes responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors,



and vendors, managing risk and compliance, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations. The Project Head will monitor project performance, generate regular reports, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic decisions on technology, design, and implementation. The position also requires mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
Qualifications

Ability to apply strong Analytical Skills to project planning, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and decision-making.
Experience in Business Planning, including budgeting, resource forecasting, commercial evaluation, and long-term project strategy.
Knowledge of Energy Management practices to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and lifecycle operation of solar assets.
