ROLE SUMMARY The Quality Control Manager drives operational excellence, processing efficiency, and rapid case decisioning for the QC team. This leadership role ensures strict adherence to a 4-hour TAT and a minimum 90% FTR rate upon receiving complete documentation from Sales team. Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, the manager collaborates cross-functionally with sales and credit teams to resolve Critical issues, maintain data across various MIS Such as Credit MIS, QC MIS & renewal MIS and to ensure collaboration with Sales / portfolio team for timely completion of the end-to-end renewal process.

Operations & Transactional

Digital Underwriting & Technical Assessment





- To check Critical Deviation During logins and Take necessary Approval to move the Potential case to credit
- To Maintaining TAT and Quality of Case
- To Check CIBIL details, Bank Analysis, GST verification and KYC Verification of the potential case
- To maintain and Monitor MIS on regular basis. Publishing MIS to Senior management

Field Credit & Portfolio Control

- Efficiency & Tech Adoption: Actively utilize automation and digitization tools to optimize Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking pipeline files, approvals, and QC Movement

Prior experience in credit/ QC / Risk under MSME loans and working capital assessment / technical Knowledge in MS Excel
