? Working Days: 6 Days

? Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

? Candidate Profile:

✅ BPO experience is mandatory

✅ On-paper Team Leader experience is mandatory

✅ Quality/QA experience in a BPO environment preferred

✅ Domestic process experience preferred

✅ Strong communication & leadership skills

✅ Good knowledge of quality metrics, audits & process adherence
