About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven. Business Development Executive Inside Sales – B2 B to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, understanding their IT requirements, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a good understanding of B2 B sales, and the ability to sell IT services to businesses across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2 B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In, databases, and other outbound channels. Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers. Connect with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, Business Owners, and other relevant stakeholders.



Understand customer business challenges and identify suitable IT service solutions. Present and explain IT services, solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients. Conduct discovery calls, product/service demonstrations, and online meetings. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, Linked In, and online meetings. Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals and solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required. Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and activity records in CRM. Track sales activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance. Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing business accounts. Stay updated on IT services, technologies, competitors, and market trends. Work across different time
