Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop recent business opportunities, nurture relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners, and expand Gem Elevator's presence in the home lift market. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies.



The role involves close collaboration with design and operations teams to ensure that customized solutions meet client expectations, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor offerings to inform growth strategies. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports to leadership, and contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives. Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and deal closing. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to conduct effective presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Solid understanding of luxury or premium residential products; experience in elevators, construction, or interiors is an advantage.
