Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Net Suite ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end Net Suite ERP implementation projects, along with strong project management capabilities and comprehensive functional knowledge across key Net Suite modules.
The candidate will be responsible for leading implementation projects from requirements gathering through configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Net Suite ERP implementation projects. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Manage communication with business stakeholders,



clients, consultants, and technical teams. Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution discussions. Coordinate Net Suite system configuration and customization activities. Oversee data migration, integration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities. Manage project resources and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals. Coordinate cutover and go-live activities. Ensure smooth transition to support teams following implementation. Provide post-implementation support and drive issue resolution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and Net Suite optimization. Required Skills & Experience
