Role Description The Project Team Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of Zoho-based IT solutions. This role includes planning and managing project timelines, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

The Project Team

Lead collaborates closely with clients to gather and refine requirements, provides regular status updates, and manages expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising solution design and configuration, reviewing technical work,



resolving issues and risks, and supporting testing and deployment activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Experience leading IT project teams, including planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
- Hands-on exposure to Zoho Suite of products (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator) and cloud-based solution implementation.
- Robust client-facing skills, including requirements gathering, solution presentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to oversee technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment, working with developers and consultants.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience delivering ERP and/or CRM implementations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience working with small, medium, and large enterprise customers and adapting to diverse business environments.
