We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex vendor-related and business transformation projects in a global environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to drive multiple initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.

This role is based onsite in Bangalore, India, and we are looking for professionals available to join immediately.

Your tasks

- Manage vendor-related projects in a global workplace
- Lead application and deployment projects, including ERP, CRM, and quality management solutions
- Drive projects through the entire lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, resources, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Present project status, risks, and recommendations to Director and VP-level stakeholders
- Simplify complex project information and translate it into clear business-oriented communication
- Monitor project performance using metrics, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques
- Manage project documentation, risks, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Escalate risks, issues, and project outcomes through appropriate governance channels

Requirements





- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including medium to large-scale initiatives
- PMP certification or PRINCE2 Foundation certification
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience leading business transformation, application deployment, or vendor-related projects
- Ability to manage external vendors and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges

Nice to have

- Experience working in multinational or global organizations
- Background in ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation projects
- Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools
- Experience managing client-facing projects
