WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (OFFICE FIT-OUT)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager – Office Fit-Out with 8–10 years of relevant experience in office/commercial interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, site execution, contractor and vendor management, client coordination, procurement, cost control, quality management and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, manage and monitor office interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Manage project schedules, execution plans, manpower and resources.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, furniture and finishing works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials and timelines.
- Manage procurement, material planning, vendor coordination and deliveries.
- Monitor project costs, variations, additional works and change orders.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, BOQs, RFIs, approvals, MOMs and reports.




- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Lead snagging, testing, project completion and final handover.
- Coordinate post-handover defect rectification and warranty activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in office/commercial interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in commercial/corporate office fit-out project execution.
- Good knowledge of interior works, BOQs, drawings, project schedules and procurement.
- Experience in contractor, subcontractor, vendor and client management.
- Strong understanding of civil, interior, MEP, furniture and finishing works.
- Good knowledge of project planning, cost control, quality management and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project reporting/management tools is preferred.
- Robust communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
