Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Civil Engineer) role based in Lucknow.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of civil infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and managing site activities. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, overseeing quality and safety compliance, tracking costs, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.

Manager will also support risk management,



resolve site issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure planning skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and standards.
- Project Management and Construction Management skills for coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities for in office project challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in project management is an advantage.
- Experience managing construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban or architect-led development settings.
- Working knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management and engineering software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
